Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Homiora, including its CRM, property, inventory, team, accounting and AI-assisted features. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for your business and agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed by users invited to your company workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt other users, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to violate privacy, intellectual-property, marketing, or other applicable laws.

3. Customer data and AI features

You retain responsibility for data you enter, including leads and property information. You must have a lawful basis to process personal data. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before business, financial, contractual, or customer-facing use.

4. Trials, plans and payments

Trial access and plan limits are shown during signup or purchase. Starting a trial with AutoPay includes a ₹5 one-time, non-refundable account setup fee charged during mandate authentication; the selected plan fee is charged only after the trial ends. Paid access may be suspended after expiry or failed payment. Taxes and billing details will be displayed before payment. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees for an activated billing period are non-refundable.

5. Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Homiora is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or real-estate professional advice.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. For questions, contact the support address shown within the platform.
